Sharon Tucker’s weekly Style Secrets November 22nd, 2016 – The months seem to be flying by and now suddenly Christmas is upon us. Getting your wardrobe winter-ready can be a task and quite daunting not to mention expensive sometimes. But it doesn’t have to be, with just a few tricks and some money saving ideas you can transform last year’s collection into something that looks completely different. By just using your old reliable black dress you can jazz it up with some colorful accessories, I like to add a bright colored neck piece, wear a poncho or a nice pair of glittery shoes. The same applies to a work suit, try introducing a different color scarf, with so many styles to choose from and something that is worth investing in. Lots of friends of mine swap handbags which is a great saving tip and it seems you have something new without having to pay for it. When you do go shopping get inspiration from the dressed mannequins on display as they will be dressed by indoor stylists so you will pick up a few tips. I’ve learned so much this week from Stylist Anne-Marie Gannon while modeling for Ross Morgan on the RTE Today Show which came at the perfect time as I was asked to be a customer stylist for Pamela Scott in the Crescent at the weekend. I enjoy showing ladies how to dress for their shape, size, and age which I think is the first rule for your individual style. By applying these few tips and tricks you will see a big difference to your winter wardrobe.![]()
